Pulp and PJ Harvey announced as first headliners for 25th anniversary of Øya Festival
Set to return to Tøyenparken in the heart of Oslo for its 25th anniversary event from 7-10 August 2024, Øya Festival has revealed that its first headliners for 2024 will be Pulp and PJ Harvey.
The two artists will co-headline the festival on 7 August 2024. The Mercury Prize, Ivor Novello and NME Award winners Pulp made a grand return to the live stage this year with performances at Finsbury Park, London and Sheffield Arena as well as top billing at the Latitude and TRNSMT Festivals.
PJ Harvey released I Inside The Old Year Dying as her first studio album in seven years, following her recent signing to Partisan Records, after 30 years of being with Island Records.
Øya Festival has been setting the example for other festivals to follow since 1999. Its progressive ideals as the world’s greenest festival and its 50/50 gender split of artists are equalled by programming which consistently brings some of the world’s biggest headliners and breaking domestic talent together in a beautiful setting that still feels intimate.
Tickets for Øya Festival 2024 are now available, with details of day tickets to follow soon.
